We decided that it wouldn't be the best thing for me, the baby, and the kids to be around, so we evacuated the house for 7 days. Grandma and Grandpa Quigley were kind enough to let us stay with them for a few days, and then we went to David's mom's house for a few more. By the time we got back, the smell wasn't bad at all, and we were able to live in our house again.
We left while David painted, and then he followed us when he was through.
We had to get some construction supplies in town, and decided to take the kids to a play place for some fun. It was a warehouse filled with these inflatable slides and toys, and the kids had a great time. Here are David and Jacob playing on the jousting one.
We were at Grandma White's for Halloween, so the kids got to go trick or treating together. They had a great time. Jacob wanted to be a ghost (again) and Bridget wanted to be a ballerina. On our way back home, we stopped by a pediatric opthamologist for a preliminary evaluation of a dermoid cyst that Bridget has had growing on the corner of one of her eyes. We want to get it removed this calendar year since we'll be meeting our deductible by having a new baby. Busy, busy.

I have to admit I was intrigued by the title of your post. "Aromatic" brought a different kind of fume to mind. =) Smoking is nasty. I don't understand how people do it. I hope your stinky primer does the trick. Glad you had a happy Halloween!!
