Tomatoes are so pretty! and yummy. My favorite way to preserve them is to roast them in the oven, then freeze them. It's so yummy in my omelets in mid January.
They are gorgeous! I am jealous!

The tomatoes finally started to ripen. I planted all different kinds this year, and here's a sampling. They're all yummy.
