Last week my Grandpa Strong passed away. I took the kids with me, and we went to the funeral, where we gathered as a family to love and support Grandma and each other. It was good to remember what a special man he was, and to hear the memories of everyone, and also to have some laughter through the tears. I'll miss him, and always remember what a great man he was and how much he loved all those he knew. His was a life worth emulating.

Are you still in Utah?
It was so nice having you hear for the funeral. I'm so glad I got to spend some time with your kids. Even though I got quite a few scowls from Bridget, I sure enjoyed the one-on-one time I had with her. Me and Jacob didn't have as much one-on-one time, but we did have some and I enjoyed it very much. I wish you lived closer so that I could see those kids more often. Thanks again for coming, Grandma and I appreciated it, and I know that Grandpa did also.
