For Scale...

Anne is one week old today and doing great. She's my loudest crier and best feeder of the 3. There's a lot of determination packed into that little body. Yesterday I even caught her turning on to her side twice. She's so little that none of her diapers or clothes fit her, so I just got a pack of really small onesies and keep her wrapped up in blankets. I figure that she'll grow soon enough, and it would be silly to spend a lot of money on things she'll just wear for a month. Maybe I should use Bridget's doll's clothes?

Lauren was 5' 2", and I have completely forgotten how small that is! I had the same thought about doll clothes, and almost did it :)
Your little one is adorable!!

She looks like a doll herself. What a cutie!

I still don't quite understand how small she is. My brain only processes rock hammers for scale.

@Mar: Hahaha!

Does this mean that when I have my next kid, I have to take a picture next to an epidural needle for scale? ...No, probably a video game controller...

You guys are so over the top! But it's good to know that you think outside of the box when it comes to scale comparisons. No matter what size our grandkids are, there is plenty of room in our hearts for these sweet little ones that have come to our family.
