So now we're moving forward as fast as we can now that I'm feeling better. It seems that we're always in a race against the weather each Fall, and this year is no different. Today we got some of the drywall up, which we need to have in place before the insulation is blown into the wall cavities in a few days. We got all the heating ducts the other day, and will be hurrying as fast as we can to get them in place and the heater reconnected. The forecast is for cold and rain in a couple of days, so we're very motivated.
Rustic Cabin look is steadily leaving
I just had to add this one. Bridget lined up a bunch of stuffed animals (she's sitting on one or two of them) and was talking to them. It was so cute. (Yes, the one piggytail is kind of wonky, but I've been having some piggytail issues ever since I started trying them in her hair. It's a good thing she won't remember this...or maybe she will now that it's on the blog.)

I wish I was nearby to watch your cute kids for you and bring you meals when you're not feeling well, and even when you are! I'm glad you have friends there who can help you out. Hope you feel better!
Glad to hear things are starting to feel better. I'm with Carrie- wish we could be closer. It's probably good to have all this remodel stuff to keep your mind and body busy right now and to have things to look forward to! Wish I was as handy as you guys. You make it all look so easy. Everytime we try a project, we think, this is much harder than it sounded. Way to go!
