A door is now in place where the giant window once was. It leads into the Master Bath we're building.
The vanity and linen closet.
The new entryway. David is building a little bench to sit on that also opens up to store hats, gloves, etc.
We just finished building the arch on the small living room extension. I haven't had a chance to tape and mud yet.
My plants have helped me survive the really long winter we've had this year. The last of our snow just melted last night, so I think that's worth celebrating...I think I'll start some more seeds to rejoice. What you're looking at is 4 hanging baskets filled with petunias, a pepper plant, tomato plant, basil, and some flowers that I won't bore you with the names of. The bottom has 2 trays of flowers that I've started, and there's a bunch of tomato seeds in there too. There's also some pots of more flowers, chives, and green beans. I figure I have about 2 more trays to start in the next couple of weeks, and that puts a nice smile on my face.

Looking Great ! Can I come play.?
That looks awesome! So did you keep those plants indoors all winter or did you just plant them recently?
Way to go with the plants. I can hardly wait to start planting.
The renovations look fantastic! David, you are so smart! Little Brideget looks like she's going to jump right out of that chair to get at the kitty! We need to get going on our gardening as well. You are an inspiration!
I loved the cabinets in the master bathroom. It is looking great! I didn't know you and David knew how to do all that. I need to consult you for inspiration when I remodel my house.
Very impressive!! Looks like things are moving quickly! I love the cute archway you did - adds a lot of character!
I started the plants from seed back in January, and the chives I dug up from my garden in the fall. They were dormant all winter, until we watered them about 2 weeks ago.
Looks fantastic! How exciting for you (when it is all done). Believe it or not, I think Bridget's hair is a bit longer. There will be clips and curls before you know it. :)
